Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kyppo ("we", "us", or "our") at kyppo.app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

This document is boilerplate for OAuth provider requirements and general use. It is not legal advice. Replace with counsel-reviewed terms before production reliance.

The Service

Kyppo provides simple project and ticket management, collaboration features, and related tools. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions by users you invite to projects.
• On shared or public devices, sign out when you are done and clear browser site data for kyppo.app if needed. Local preferences stored in your browser may otherwise be visible to the next person using that device.
• You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights.
• Upload malware, spam, or unlawful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or disruption of the Service.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service and as you instruct (e.g. sharing with collaborators).

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and is incorporated into these Terms.

Third-party sign-in

If you sign in with Google, GitLab, or another provider, their terms and privacy policies also apply to that authentication. We receive only the information needed to create and maintain your Kyppo account.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
